Well trained staff is always an issue.
You walk in a hotel or restaurant – there is someone welcoming you with a warm, friendly smile and guides you to your designation. You will be called by your name and the helpful wait staff knows your needs and desires already.
This is, how It should happen in the perfect hospitality world. But we all know the real world is different – much different.
You read the menu and the waiter is taking your order – you are asking for some help and advice because you would like to make some changes to some dishes, according to your taste and diet. The skillful waiter will recommend the perfect dish, related to your needs and will ensure the kitchen is delivering accordingly.
This is, how I should happen in the perfect hospitality world. But we all know the real world is different – much different.
The waiter is presenting the wine bottle you have ordered. He opens the bottle. You try the wine and unfortunately the wine is corked. You tell the waiter and he certainly changes the wine immediately to a different one and after you have tried again, you and your guests can enjoy the excellent wine.
