Stefan Stiller, a native of Germany and a professional chef and restaurateur since more than 30 years, is designing restaurant and hotel kitchens since many years.

Living in Shanghai for more than 12 years gives him the advantage to understand the marketplace and challenges of establishing, maintaining and improving business in F&B and hospitality in China.

Being a Michelin Star rated chef in the past he knows the importance of a functional kitchen. Workflow, efficiency, state-of-the-art technologies, HACCP and Chinese hygiene regulations are commons sense for him.

His long term experience in running restaurants and bars in different counties and with different cultures gives him the ability to find the right concept for the right place. With a sound knowledge of wines, cocktails and various beverages he can train, advise and consult on all beverage related issues.

The knowledge of the Chinese culture and the current hospitality market, a source for products – local produced or imported – a database of well trained and highly motivated staff provides great support for all kinds of hospitality concepts.

The experience of multi cultural cuisines combined with the effectiveness of his German nature; a hands on approach with a lots of attention to each single detail provides a new level of kitchen design and consultancy for the China market.
